摘要

针对全液压定向钻机功能要求及使用特点,提出单电机-液压系统-多执行机构驱动的钻机总体方案,给出应用负载敏感泵控技术、二级低压阀控技术的给进回路与旋转回路液压系统.为了研究液压系统动态特性对钻机性能的影响,建立钻机给进回路与旋转回路液压系统动态仿真模型,利用Matlab SimHydraulics仿真软件对其动态性能进行仿真。结果表明:钻机液压系统具有良好的节能和过载保护功能,同时呈现震荡小、柔性好等良好动态特性,为后续钻机性能优化奠定基础。

Abstract

Focusing on work conditions and functional requirements of ZYWL-6000D Full Hydraulic Directional Drilling Rig, it gives the overall structure design scheme of the drilling rig which is the hydraulic system composed by single motor and multi-Actuator. In the hydraulic system, feed hydraulic circuit and rotary hydraulic circuit adopt load sensing pump control technology and two low-pressure valve technology. In order to study on the performance that the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system impacts on drilling rig ,dynamic simulation model of feed hydraulic circuit and rotary hydraulic circuit are established and simulated by using Matlab SimHydraulics .The results show that the designed drilling rig hydraulic system has good functionality of overload protection and energy-saving, and presents a good dynamic performance. The research also lays the foundation for drilling performance optimization .
