摘要

矿用自卸车工作路况复杂多变,严重影响了整车平顺性。悬架是影响汽车行驶平顺性的主要部件,本文首先运用动网格和VOF技术,在Fluent中模拟了油气悬架拉伸和压缩两种工作状态下的内部流场情况,进而计算得到其刚度和阻尼力学特性。同时,在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立了八自由度的整车动力学模型,将所求悬架力学特性应用到整车平顺性仿真中。通过仿真与试验对比得到座椅垂直加速度响应最大误差为9.72%,验证了所得油气悬架力学特性的合理性。最后,采用遗传算法对悬架参数进行优化,座椅垂直加权加速度均方根值下降了21.43%,有效提高了矿用自卸车的平顺性。

Abstract

The road condition of mining dump truck is complicated, which affect the vehicle ride seriously. Suspension is a major part of the vehicle ride, this paper simulates the internal flow field of hydro-pneumatic suspension under the tensile and compression condition, the stiffness and damping are calculated after then. Meanwhile, the vehicle dynamic model of eight degrees of freedom is established in Matlab/Simulink, the required mechanical properties of the suspension applied to the simulation of the vehicle ride. From the comparison between the simulation results and experimental data, the maximum error of the seat vertical acceleration is 9.72%, which the accuracy of the model is proved. At last, the physical parameters of the hydro-pneumatic suspension by genetic algorithm is optimized, the root mean square of the seat vertical acceleration reduced by 21.43% after optimization, the dump truck’s ride comfort is improved obviously.
