摘要

针对典型泡沫结构应力-应变曲线的线弹性区、屈服平台区及压实区构成特点,建立了泡沫结构的有效简化本构关系。依据功能梯度泡沫结构的特征,建立了此缓冲结构动力学模型。运用Runge-Kutta法分析了梯度函数、密度差和冲击输入能量对功能梯度泡沫结构的响应影响,并与均匀泡沫结构的响应进行了比较。结果表明:梯度泡沫结构对小得冲击输入能量载荷作用时比较有利,克服了均匀泡沫系统对一定冲击能量范围响应几乎不变化的特点,此结果为拓展泡沫结构材料的使用范围提供参考。

Abstract

Based on typical characteristic of linear elastic,plateau and densification zone for common plastic foam, the effective constitutive relationship was proposed. Then functionally graded foam sturcture was introduced , and dynamic model of the cushioning system was built. The effects of gradient functiontions ,density difference, and incident energy on the impact response of the functionally graded foam structure were explored by using Range-Kutta method.The results reveal the functionally graded foam is efficient to the smaller incient energy conditions, which extend the range of protection against impacts.
