摘要

为验证巨型组合结构体系中钢管混凝土格构柱-组合箱梁节点的破坏特征和抗震性能,本文进行了节点核心区连接分别为单肢斜撑、交叉斜撑和横隔板三种不同连接构造形式的节点低周反复循环加载试验。分析了各节点形式的荷载-位移滞回曲线和骨架曲线及评价节点抗震性能的主要参数(承载力、延性、刚度退化规律、耗能指数和等效粘滞系数等)。同时,利用ABAQUS对各节点进行了有限元数值计算,并与试验结果进行对比分析进一步对组合节点进行了研究。结果表明:试验与有限元数值计算结果吻合良好,验证了理论分析的正确性;三种不同连接构造形式的节点试件正向具有良好的位移延性,但反向位移延性不及正向,随着节点连接方式的加强,节点的屈服位移逐渐减小,延性增大,节点承载能力逐渐增大。横隔板连接形式节点相对另两种连接构造耗能能力较好,改善了节点的抗震性能。

Abstract

In order to verify the destruction characteristics and seismic performance of the joints composed of concrete-filled steel tubular lattice column and composite box girder in the mega-composite structure system, the three different-connection types of joint specimens, they are single limb bracing, cross bracing and diaphragms for the core area of the joints, have been tested under low cyclic loading testing. According to the comparison of the results, load-displacement hysteretic curves and skeleton curve were obtained. Moreover, main parameters for estimating seismic behavior of connection with composite joints were studied, such as load-carrying capacity, ductility ratio, degradation laws of strength and stiffness, energy consumption index and equivalent viscosity coefficient. Meanwhile, ABAQUS nonlinear finite element models were used to analyze the seismic behavior of the connection and the results were also compared with the experimental results. The research shows that: analytical results agree well with experimental results and the theoretical analysis proves to be correct. Meanwhile, all of the three joint specimens have great positive displacement ductility and the reverse displacement ductility is not as much as the positive displacement ductility. With the connecting of joints reinforced, the joints' yield displacement gradually decrease and the bearing capacity and displacement ductility of the joints gradually increase. In addition, better energy dissipation capacity was showed in the joint connection with diaphragm than others. Those properties can make connection consume much energy in earthquake and meet much better the need of seismic design.
