摘要

针对混沌线谱控制研究中如何在小振幅下实现隔振系统在较宽频带内的混沌运动这一难题,提出了基于碰撞振动的隔振系统混沌化方法,构建了实验系统并开展了实验研究。实验结果表明:被隔振设备的振幅小于0.2mm时,也能使得隔振系统呈现出较强的混沌运动特征;在混沌状态下,不仅传递到基座的振动功率谱整体有所下降,而且主要线谱强度也显著降低;这些结论均验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract

A chaotification method through attaching a vibro-impact subsystem was presented in order to obtain the low amplitude chaotic motion in vibration isolation system. The experimental setup was constructed and experiments were carried out. The results confirmed the effectiveness of this method based on the facts that the system may display chaotic motion obviously even when the amplitude of the isolated equipment is less than 0.2mm, and that not only the vibration transmitted to the base is decreased to some extent, but also the dominating line spectra are reduced considerably in chaotic state.
