摘要

针对工程中常见的多杆结构的振动抑制问题,将声子晶体具有独特的振动带隙这一理念引入进来,构造了一类布拉格型声子晶体T型杆。在波动方程的基础上,采用传递矩阵法,对声子晶体T型杆的面内和面外振动带隙特性进行了理论推导和数值分析。研究结果表明:弹性波在声子晶体T型杆中传播时会发生波型转化,这种波型转化一方面使得不同波型对应的带隙可以同时发挥振动抑制作用,从而拓展了减振频带;另一方面也使得对于任意方向的振动激扰均能够获得明显的衰减效果。因此,声子晶体T型杆能够很好的满足工程中常见的多维宽频减振需求,是一类良好的减振元件。

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of vibration of the Multi-pole structure that is very common in engineering, the concept that phononic crystal has unique vibration band gaps is introduced and Phononic Crystals Bragg T rod (PCT) is constructed. Based on the wave equation, the theoretical derivation and numerical calculation that about characteristics of the in-plane and out-of-plane vibration band gap of PCT is carried on by transfer matrix method. The results show that the transformation of the form of elastic waves in PCT makes band gaps responding to various waveforms contribute to vibration suppression, hence, the vibration reduction frequency bands are widened. Excitation of vibration in any direction also can be attenuated. Thus PCT is a kind of good damping elements which meet the demand of multidimensional broadband vibration in engineering.
