摘要

为了诠释“汽车轮胎多边形磨损较少发生在驱动轮的轮胎上”这一现象,本文就驱动轮和从动轮的胎面自激振动展开了对比研究。前期研究已经发现胎面自激振动是轮胎多边形磨损的必要条件。本文对驱动轮-悬架-胎面系统进行了理论建模和自激振动的分岔分析,并对比分析了多边形磨损主要影响参数对驱、从动轮胎面自激振动的影响。研究结果表明驱动轮产生的自激振动的车速范围和能量均较小,合理解释了轮胎多边形磨损的特征,研究结果为轮胎多边形磨损机理的研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract

To explain the phenomenon that polygonal wear of tire seldom happens in driving wheel, the text studies the self-excited vibration of driving wheel and driven wheel. The early researches have shown that self-excited vibration is necessary to form polygonal wear of tire. This text has built suspension-tire-tread mathmatical model and analyses the Bifurcation of self-excited vibration. By contrasting the effect on the self-excited vibration systems of driving wheel and driven wheel of the parameters which affect the polygon tire wear, the results show that the speed range and energy of the self-excited vibration on the driven wheel is smaller than that on the driving wheel,and clears the characteristic of polygonal wear of tire. The results can be theory basis to later research of mechanism to polygonal wear of tire.
