摘要

本文基于消声室内台架试验,对某企业研发的燃料电池汽车空辅系统内的离心风机进行了噪声特性分析。通过初步预测离心风机噪声并设计试验方案,测量不同稳态和瞬态工况下离心风机的振动和噪声信号。离心风机的噪声主要表现为由风机叶轮、散热风扇等产生的阶次噪声以及由进气湍流、电磁激励等产生的宽频噪声两类,经过对采集的信号进行频谱分析以及阶次分析,明确了其主要的噪声成分是离心风机的进气噪声、风机叶轮和散热风扇的气动噪声。

Abstract

In this paper, we based on a bench test and analyzed the noise characteristic of the centrifugal blower in the air auxiliary system of a fuel cell vehicle. By the noise prediction, a test scheme was designed clearly. In the test, the vibration and noise signal under different operational states has been measured. It was obvious that the main noise of the centrifugal blower was consist of the order noise and the broadband noise. Through the spectral analysis and order analysis, it is identified that the inlet noise, aerodynamic noise of the drive motor and the blower wheel are the main noise sources of the centrifugal blower.
