摘要

针对旋转机械出现的转定子碰摩故障,对实验研究进行全面综述。简单介绍模拟单点、局部及整周碰摩所用实验装置,分析三种碰摩形式出现的典型实验现象;局部碰摩故障在工程实际中为主要碰摩形式,据研究不同对象将其划分为简单转子系统局部碰摩、复杂转子系统局部碰摩、旋转叶片-机匣局部碰摩及实际机组局部碰摩;并对三种碰摩形式典型故障特征进行对比,分析转定子碰摩实验研究发展方向。

Abstract

Aiming at the rub-impact fault between the rotor and stator in rotating machinery, the development about the rub-impact experiments is summarized in this paper. The rub-impact devices for single point rub-impact, local rub-impact and full annular rub-impact are introduced and typical experiment phenomena caused by these three types of rub-impact are analyzed. The main rub-impact form in practice projects is local rub-impact. According to different research objects, researches on local rub-impact experiments are divided into four types: (1) local rub-impact of the simple rotor system, (2) local rub-impact of the complicated rotor system, (3) local rub-impact of rotating blade-casing, (4) local rub-impact of the practical unit. Finally, the typical fault features of the three types of rub-impact are compared and the new research directions about the rub-impact experiment are suggested.
