摘要

针对目前数控机床进给系统的发展状况,首先描述了进给系统的几种结构形式,分析了不同结构形式的特点及适用场合。然后介绍了进给系统运动性能的预测及检测方法。并且系统地阐述了几种进给系统力学模型及其特点,分析了进给系统中影响进给系统动态性能的非线性因素,详细论述了多种摩擦和间隙控制补偿方案及其各自特点。最后,针对当前进给系统建模及控制方面存在的不足提出了几点展望,为今后进给系统的相关研究提供了参考。

Abstract

In view of the development of the feed servo system of CNC machine tools, some mechanical structures of the feed system are introduced first, including the application and characteristics of each kind of structure. Then, the methods of the performance prediction and detection for the feed system are described in detail. Several mechanical models of the feed system are presented as well as their characteristics. Moreover, the effects of the nonlinear factors on the dynamic performance of the feed servo system are introduced. The different control and compensation methods for friction and backlash are also summarized. Last, some problems to be further studied are pointed out. This paper can provide some references for the research of the feed servo system in the future.
