摘要

为了提高弹丸的卡膛一致性,分析了弹射输弹过程中弹丸在不同位置的受力状况,结合流体动力学分析方法建立了弹射输弹强制段内的运动方程,得出了输弹过程中输弹力的变化规律和弹丸的运动规律。基于MSC.ADAMS平台建立弹射输弹过程的动力学仿真模型,对不同射角下的输弹过程进行分析计算,结合台架试验验证了模型的正确性。提出通过优化弹丸初始位姿参数的方法可以使弹丸在输弹过程中的运动更为平顺,减小弹丸速度的衰减。以某弹射输弹机为例,采用多岛遗传算法(Multi-Island-GA)对输弹机的初始位姿参数进行优化,优化结果验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract

To improve the consistency of the bayonet-chamber velocity, mechanical analysis of projectile was carried out at different period during ejection. Formulation of ejection rammer was established, the change law of ramming force and the motion law of projectile were obtained. Dynamic simulation model was constructed based on MSC.ADAMS, ramming simulations were carried out at series of fire angle and correctness of which was verified by bench experiments. An optimization method was proposed to improve the projectile moving ride-comfort and reduce the velocity attenuation. Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm (Multi-Island-GA) was employed to optimize initial pose parameters of rammer, simulation results confirmed the feasibility of the method.
