摘要
通过对旋转机械变速运行齿轮箱振动研究,提出基于频移及谱线编辑的齿轮故障窄带解调分析方法。对齿轮箱变速等非稳态信号进行时域同步采样,利用阶比跟踪对时域信号等角度重采样转换为角域准平稳信号,克服转速波动对信号分析产生的频率模糊现象;对角域信号进行同步平均削弱与转速无关的频率成分,提高信噪比;对平均信号进行窄带解调分析,通过对阶比谱自动编辑分离出齿轮故障主要啮合阶比分量后恢复到角域信号,进行幅值解调及基于频移的相位解调,据幅值解调及相位解调波形图提取齿轮故障特征。结果表明,基于频移、谱线编辑的齿轮故障窄带解调分析方法能有效提取齿轮故障特征信息。
Abstract
Through analyzing gearbox vibration signals under varying speed conditions of rotating machinery, a method of analyzing gear fault based on narrowband demodulation with frequency shift and spectrum edit was proposed here. Firstly, time-domain signal was sampled under varying speed condition of gearbox and was resampled at constant angle increments according to order tracking, converting into stationary signal in the angle-domain, which can overcome the frequency blur caused by rotating speed fluctuation. Then, the angle-domain signal was processed by signal synchronous average, weakening the frequency components of being irrelevant to speed, improving the signal to noise ratio. Finally, the averaged signal was demodulated, extracting the main meshing order components of the gear fault from the automated edited order spectrum and recovering the angle-domain signal. Then it was performed by amplitude and phase demodulation which was based on the frequency shift. The fault features of gear can be extracted in accordance with the demodulation waveform diagrams. Simulations and tests were conducted respectively to verify the validity of the proposed method.
