为了研究星箭分离冲击环境特征和爆炸冲击对卫星的影响,以航天器中星箭包带式连接结构的某型爆炸切割器为研究对象,利用LS-DYNA显式动力学分析方法,建立了爆炸切割器爆炸切断过程的三维有限元模型,分析了爆炸切割过程中剪切刀的速度和加速度,讨论了连接杆上典型断裂单元上的应力应变变化和断裂特性,并分析了爆炸冲击载荷的特征和不同阶段切割器的结构响应特性。本文为航天器上爆炸切割器的爆炸断裂过程提供了一种数值仿真的方法,同时,也为星箭分离过程中产生的爆炸冲击环境模拟和预示提供了数值参考。
Abstract
In order to reveal the shock characteristics and the influence of explosion on satellite during the separation process,the explosive cutters of clamp band system in spacecraft are taken as the research object, the three-dimensional finite element model of cut-off process for the explosive cutters is established by use of explicit dynamic software LS-DYNA. The speed and acceleration of shear knife in the process of explosion fracture are analyzed. Here the change of stress and strain and fracture features of typical fracture units on the link is discussed. And the characteristics of the exploding shock loading and structural response characteristics of the cutter are analyzed in different stages. A method of numerical simulation for the fracture process of explosive cutters in spacecraft is provided, which can also be regard as a reference for the simulation and presage of pyrotechnic shock environment in the process of satellite-rocket separation.
