摘要

由于一次水事故泵运行条件下的振动台试验可评估抗震性能,用钢丝橡胶波纹管连接进出口水管、沙堆支撑橡胶管提供柔性约束。合理模拟水泵在试验过程中所受接管荷载,保证试验过程中水泵与循环水箱变形协调。对正常运行的事故泵进行5次OBE、1次SSE人造地震动输入振动台试验,并据动应变曲线判断仍处于弹性状态。试验表明,经5次OBE、1次SSE人造地震动输入后的一次水事故泵仍能保证压力边界完整性及功能可运行性。较试验前各项功能指标无明显变化,抗震性能良好。

Abstract

Primary water accident pump is an important part in the waste heat export of reactor, whose seismic performance will directly affect reactor safety shutdown and exuding of waste heat after the occurrence of major earthquakes. Under the condition of running, primary water accident pump of prototypes from earthquake simulation shaking table test is the most intuitive method to evaluate the seismic performance. This paper selects the steel wire rubber corrugated pipe connection with import and export of water pipe, use sand pile support rubber bellows with flexible constraints. Reasonable simulation of water pump in the process of the test is over load, at the same time primary water accident pump and circulating water tank in the test process of deformation coordination. In this paper, through selecting wire rubber bellows as in and out of the water pipes, use as constraint of rubber hose, sand guarantees the rationality of the boundary conditions in the process of experiment. Five OBE and one SSE earthquake simulation shaking table tests for the Primary Water Accident Pump were performed by using artificial seismic waves as the seismic inputs in normal running. According to time history curves of strain, the maximum structure responses of strain under the input of different artificial seismic waves were obtained ,and the structure was found in elastic state. The results show that the structural integrity and operating function of the Primary water accident pump are not changed during five OBE and one SSE tests; and the performance indexes of the Primary water accident pump remain consistent before and after seismic tests; the seismic performance of the Primary water accident pump can satisfy relevant technical requirements.
