摘要

针对四辊冷轧机机座辊系系统,考虑轧辊振动位移对轧制力的影响,建立了基于动态轧制力的非线性七自由度振动模型;运用平均法求解此七自由度非线性模型,得到此系统的幅频特性方程,进一步运用奇异性理论得到了系统的分岔行为;通过现场实际数据分析了各个参数对幅频特性的影响以及对系统分岔和混沌特性的影响。这为四辊冷轧机的动力学研究和抑制振动的发生提供了理论参考。

Abstract

Considering the influence of roll vibration of rolling force, the seven degree of freedom vibration nonlinear model is established based on the dynamic rolling force for stand rolls system of four-roll cold mill. The amplitude-frequency characteristic equation of the multiple degrees of freedom nonlinear model is obtained by using average method, further, the bifurcation behavior of the system is given by singularity theory. The influence of various parameters on the amplitude-frequency characteristic, the bifurcation and chaos characteristics of the system are studied through analyzing the practical data. The above mentioned results have provided a theoretical reference for studying on kinematics and inhibiting the occurrence of vibration for four-roll cold tandem mill.
