为探讨锰结核泵工作对扬矿管道的振动影响,在实验室建立了扬矿管道振动试验系统,进行了扭转和弯曲振动分析,测试了管道振动特性。研究结果表明,泵运行过程中,管道系统作为一动力系统,不仅产生静态力,而且诱发管道振动,动载荷远高于静载荷(振幅放大系数M=6.75),试验得出的频率峰值随泵转速变化与理论分析基本一致。
Abstract
In order to investigate the vibration influence of manganese nodules pump operation on lifting pipe, the vibration test system of lifting pipe has been set up in the lab, the torsion and flexural vibration has been analysed and the vibration characteristic of the pipe has been measured. The research results show that, during pump operation, the pipe system as a dynamic system, not only produce static force, but also exiting pipe vibration, the dynamic load is higher more than static load (the amplitude magnification coefficient M=6.75), the experiment spectrum peak of changes with the pump speed is accord primarily with the theoretical analysis.
