漫反射式零差正交激光测振仪是在零差正交激光测振仪的基础上研制的,测量光的传输采用透镜组方式代替传统的直接反射形式,即测量光聚焦在振动物体表面形成漫反射光,通过透镜组汇聚与参考光形成干涉。该测量方法克服了传统零差正交激光测振仪难调整,干涉效果长期稳定差,对实验环境要求高的缺点,在20H4kHz频率范围内实现了0.1m/s2100m/s2的振动激光绝对法测量。同时相比外差激光测振仪,该方法还具有可降低硬件成本的优点。
Abstract
The development of diffuse reflection type homodyne quadrature laser vibrometer is based on the traditional technology of homodyne quadrature laser vibrometer. Different from traditional vibrometer in which the measurement light beam irradiate on the vibration body and reflected back directly, the measurement light of diffuse reflection type vibrometer pass through lens groups to focus a light spot on the vibration body, and form diffuse reflection on the face of vibration body. Then the diffuse light goes through the lens to get converged and interfere with reference light. This method can realize absolute vibration measurement with the frequency from 20Hz to 4kHz and amplitude from 0.1m/s2~100m/s2. This method overcomes the difficulties of traditional interferometer, such as adjustment difficultly, interference effect of long term stability is not enough, and high requirement for experimental environment. Meanwhile, compared with the heterodyne laser vibrometer, diffuse reflection type homodyne quadrature laser vibrometer can reduce hardware cost.
