保证结构完整性和安全性是变压器运输包装中的重要问题。针对大型变压器,通过非线性有限元方法模拟了变压器器身及预紧装置并对其预紧方式进行了数值仿真,分析了该预紧方式下的预紧力损失系数,得到了该种预紧方式下变压器结构在航运过程中撑块抗滑系数的变化规律,最后给出了变压器结构安全系数与预紧力的关系。结果表明,采用“生死单元”技术可以真实的模拟大型变压器绕组的预紧方式和预紧效果,大型变压器的运输包装采用动力时程分析可以得到的合理的运输冲击作用。
Abstract
It is the most important thing to ensure the integrity and safety of transformer when shipped. In this essay, the transformer winding and the equipment with pre-compression are simulated by the nonlinear finite element method. The loss coefficient for this way of pre-compression is analyzed, and the variation law of the safety factor of block is given. Finally, the relations between the changes of pre-compression and safety factors on the transformer under shipped are investigated. The results show that the way and effects of the pre-compression on the large transformer windings can be simulated distinctly by life-death element technique, and the impact effects of transport can be reflected reasonably by dynamic analysis when the large transformer is shipped.
