摘要

为了研究水下自激吸气式脉冲射流装置的吸气量、冲击力和冲蚀效果,对两种不同腔长和腔径装置并结合不同下喷嘴直径在吸气和不吸气以及不同围压条件下的冲击性能进行了一系列试验研究。研究结果表明:围压和下喷嘴直径对装置吸气量的影响较大,围压越高吸气量越小,存在一个最佳下喷嘴直径范围;围压和下喷嘴直径对装置最佳冲击射程影响较小;与不吸气相比,装置吸气后靶心和第一圈冲击力明显增大,其它位置冲击力则变小,产生较好的聚能效果;不同围压下靶心和各圈冲击力随着下喷嘴直径变化规律是不同的;下喷嘴直径对装置冲蚀深度、冲蚀表面积和冲蚀体积等冲蚀效果的影响也是不同的。

Abstract

In order to study the inspiration capacity,impact power and erosion effect of underwater self-excitation inspiration pulsed jet equipment,a number of impact performance tests of two equipment with different chamber length, chamber and under nozzle diameter in inspiration and non-inspiration conditions were conducted. The results show that confining pressure and under nozzle diameter has great influence on the inspiration capacity, as the confining pressure is increase, the inspiration capacity is decrease and there exists an optimum range of under nozzle diameter. The confining pressure and the under nozzle diameter has small influence on the best impact range of equipment. The impact power of target center and first lap increases significantly compared with the non-inspiration condition, so the equipment produces better shaped charge effect. The variation regular of target center and each lap is diffferent along with the variation of under nozzle diameter. The influence of the under nozzle diameter on the erosion depth, erosion surface area and erosion volume is also different.
