摘要

视觉振动检测方法因大范围、非接触等特点,已得到广泛的研究和应用。本文研究了结构离面振动视觉检测的基本原理,建立了检测模型。根据光流法运动估计的基本原理及离面振动视觉检测模型,研究了离面振动光流分析方法,提出了两种离面振动的光流检测模型。最后,对悬臂梁进行了视觉振动检测实验,并与有限元仿真进行了对比,结果表明本文方法无需图像的特征提取,能够有效地识别结构的振动参数。

Abstract

Vibration measurement based on vision has been extensively researched and applied due to its large range, non-contact characteristics. The principle of vibrationdetection based on the out-of-plane vision under conventional imaging condition has been investigated. The model of vibrationdetection based on the out-of-plane vision has been builded. According to the principle of the Optical flow motion estimation and the model ofvibrationdetection based on the out-of-plane vision,vibration measurement methods based on the out-of-plane vision usingoptical flow has been discussed.Two basic models of vibrationdetectionbased on the out-of-plane visionusing optical flow has been proposed.Visual vibration detection experiments with cantilever beam have been rigorously compared with finite element simulation to verify the efficacy of the proposed methods. It turns out that the proposed methods can effectively identify the structure of vibration parameters without image feature extraction.
