摘要

为研究两级齿轮传动系统断齿故障的非线性耦合特性,建立了包含时变啮合刚度、齿侧间隙和综合啮合误差等非线性因素的单级及两级齿轮量纲一动力学方程。利用数值方法对建立的非线性微分方程进行求解,获得系统的分岔图、相图及Poincaré截面,对比研究两系统中一级齿轮随激励频率变化的分岔特性及断齿故障下的故障特性。研究结果表明:耦合特性使两级齿轮系统的周期运动区间增加,幅值亦增加,混沌区间缩短并延迟,对混沌起到抑制作用;断齿故障使单级齿轮系统突跳点增加,同时阵发周期运动出现变化,且变化趋势不确定,对于两级齿轮系统仅使阵发周期运动幅值增加。

Abstract

In order to investigate the coupled nonlinear characteristic of two-stage gear with chipping fault, nonlinear dynamics dimensionless equations of a single gear pair and two-stage gear with time varying meshing stiffness, errors of transmission and backlashes are established and solved by the numerical method. The bifurcation and chipping fault properties of the 1st gear pair in both systems are analyzed by using bifurcation diagram, phase contrail and Poincaré section with the excitation frequency increase. The paper shows that the two-stage gear system periodic motion interval and amplitude increases, and chaotic interval shorten and delay by the coupling characteristics, which play an inhibitory effect on chaos; The tooth chipping failure increases crisis points and changes intermittent period movements into uncertainty of the single stage gear system, when it only increases intermittent periodic motion amplitude of two-stage gear system.
