针对充水密加筋夹层结构,考虑内域流固耦合模态计算时出现的计算量过大的问题,提出了基于ABAQUS的附加质量替代方法,并通过对不同半径和高度的充水圆柱壳模型的分析,探讨了附加质量方法的适用性问题。同时,为了更直观地评价内域耦合湿模态计算过程中流体对结构固有频率的影响,引入了流体参与度的概念,并指出针对内域耦合问题,流体参与度系数取值在1附近时,附加质量替代方法有较高的计算精度。最后,采用附加质量方法对加筋夹层结构充水模态进行计算,并与试验值对比,验证了方法的正确性。
Abstract
For water-filled multi-stiffened sandwich structure , modal analysis expended too much time when the coupling of inner water and structure was considered. To overcome this difficulty, a kind of alternative additional mass method based on ABAQUS was put forward. Simultaneously the applicability of additional mass method was discussed, which was on the basis of the analysis of different radius and height of water-filled cylindrical shell. In order to evaluate directly the fluid effects on natural frequency of the structure, the concept of fluid participation factors was introduced. It was pointed out that the calculation results of additional mass method was accurate when the fluid participation factors were close to 1. Finally, additional mass method was adopted for the modal calculation of water-filled multi-stiffened sandwich structure, which was compared with the test results. The results showed that additional mass method was feasible.
