摘要

在分别施加单位力激励和声辐射激励下,使用FE-SEA混合法分析了平板在加筋和加阻尼材料时的振动及声辐射性能。根据统计能量法对二子系统的功率平衡方程进行推导,研究了内损耗因子的变化对SEA子系统间能量传递的影响。建立了轿车的FE-SEA混合预测模型,并通过实验验证了模型的可靠性。使用三种不同的方案添加阻尼材料,对比了车身板件的振动和声辐射性能,预测了驾驶员头部声腔声压级的变化趋势。

Abstract

Using hybrid FE-SEA method analyzed the vibration and sound radiation performance when the reinforcing ribs and damping material were applied to flat panel, under unit force excitation and sound radiation excitation respectively. The power balance equations of two subsystems were derivated according to the Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) method, and the changing of loss factor in the influence of energy transmission between the SEA subsystems was studied. The hybrid FE-SEA prediction model of a passenger car was established, and the reliability of the model was verified by experiment. The car body panels’ vibration and sound radiation performance were compared and the changing trend of driver head cavity's sound pressure level was predicted, when use three different schemes to add damping material.
