In order to study the effects of joint clearance on dynamic balancing of the scroll compressor, according to the characteristics of the scroll compressor with joint clearance, the contact dynamics model with the friction effect is established by using a nonlinear equivalent spring-damp model and the Coulomb friction model. And then the models are incorporated into ADAMS. The dynamic model of the scroll compressor with joint clearance was established. To study the three conditions of the anti-rotation mechanism of mini-crank, the size of clearance and the number of clearance, dynamic simulation was carried out. The simulation results show that the anti-rotation mechanism of mini-crank, the size of clearance and the number of clearance lead to severe effects on dynamic balancing of the scroll compressor. It given the reference of reasonable choice for windbags of bearing.It provided theoretical basis for raising the dynamic characteristics of the scroll compressor.
