摘要

为准确模拟钢板弹簧的迟滞非线性,以便开展精确的车辆动力学建模,提出一种钢板弹簧瞬态模型。模型用组合摩擦元对钢板弹簧迟滞机理进行了模拟,并结合动态试验运用自适应模拟退火优化方法对模型参数进行了辨识。最后用识别的参数,对其它试验曲线进行了拟合,结果表明所建模型能够较好表征钢板弹簧的动态特性,是一种合适的钢板弹簧瞬态模型。

Abstract

To simulate the nonlinear hysteresis of leaf springs accurately and enable the model of vehicle dynamics to make precise predictions, a transient model is established. The hysteresis of leaf springs is simulated by a combination of friction elements, and the parameters of the model are identified from a set of test data via an optimization that called adaptive simulated annealing algorithm (ASA). Finally, by employing the proposed model and the identified parameters, a set of simulations under other test conditions are carried out. The perfect match between the test curves and the simulations shows that the proposed transient model of leaf springs can effectively predict the dynamic characteristics of the leaf springs.
