摘要

为研究轨枕空吊对重载铁路货车与轨道动态相互作用的影响,针对具有二系悬挂的重载货车,在充分考虑非线性作用力基础上,建立了重载货车-轨道耦合动力学模型。数值计算轨枕空吊状态下轮轨系统的动力响应,比较分析了完全空吊和非完全空吊条件下列车运行速度和空吊轨枕结构参数对轮轨动力性能的影响。结果表明:轨枕空吊破坏了轨道结构支承的连续性,导致轮轨间动态相互作用加剧,尤其是完全空吊条件下随空吊数量的增加与列车运行速度的提高而显著增大;轨枕空吊还将影响其前后毗邻的正常轨道结构的动态特性;轨枕完全空吊与轨道不平顺的共同作用会加剧轮轨动态作用;在非完全空吊条件下,轨枕两端支撑间隙不一致时,也会加剧轮轨动态作用。

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of unsupported sleepers on wheel/rail dynamic interaction in heavy-haul railway, a vehicle-track coupled dynamic model for the heavy-haul freight with double suspension systems was built, taking some nonlinear factors into account. The dynamic response of wheel/rail system was calculated by numerical computation method and influence of train running speed and hang sleepers number on wheel/rail dynamic performance were compared under the conditions of complete unsupported sleepers and incomplete unsupported sleepers. Results show that the unsupported sleepers destroy the continuity of the track structure support, resulting in wheel/rail interaction rising; especially under the condition of complete hang sleepers it significantly increases with the increase of train running speed and the hang sleeper numbers. The hang sleepers will also affect the dynamic characteristics of the normal track structure before and after those. Combined action of the unsupported and track irregularity will exacerbate the wheel/rail dynamic interaction. The asymmetric sleeper support gap on both ends would also exacerbate the wheel/rail dynamic interaction under the condition of incomplete hang sleepers.
