摘要

旨在深入探讨电机控制策略对电动车动力总成电磁振动的影响。首先给出两类常用电机控制方法,即最大转矩电流比控制方法和直接转矩控制方法,搭建其电机控制模型;然后建立电机定转子二维电磁分析模型,对两类控制策略下的气隙磁密和电磁力进行仿真分析;最后利用电动车动力总成机械结构模型,进一步分析动力总成关键点在两类控制方法下的振动响应。结果表明,所提供的综合考虑电机控制策略、电机本体电磁模型以及动力总成机械模型的联合仿真方法,可以有效预测电机控制策略对振动性能的影响,为从优化控制策略的角度,改善电动车的振动舒适性奠定理论基础。

Abstract
