摘要

针对于激光干涉法冲击加速度校准中,微分运算之前的滤波问题,进行了实验研究,提出了一种基于冲击速度曲线阶跃上升时间参数为基础的,局域平均滤波差分方式,实现了冲击速度的获取。从而避免了ISO相关标准中基于冲击加速度波形脉宽调控滤波器截止频率的不便之处。并对参数的取值范围进行了实验研究。通过与ISO标准方法的对比实验,验证了本文数据处理方法可获得的峰值更高些,可以高10%~20%左右。在不同传感器上所作的实验验证了本文所述方法的有效性与可行性,为冲击加速度的计算提供了另外一种有效实用的数据处理方式。

Abstract

Aiming at the differential processing in impulse acceleration by using laser interference methods, some problems of pre-filtering are discussed, and some experiments are executed, a novel method of pre-filtering and differential processing are introduced. It is based on the rise time of impulse velocity waveform, through local average and differential calculation, one can get the acceleration waveform from the velocity waveforms. The discomfort of determining filtering parameter based on acceleration impulse width in ISO standard are avoided, the range of filtering-parameter are studied by experimentation. Through the results compared with ISO method, our method can get the higher peak value. It may be 10%~20% higher. By the experiment in different transducers, the validity and feasibility are proved, and it must be a novel processing method of impulse acceleration signals by using laser interference methods.
