摘要

为揭示手枪弹对人体的致伤机理,利用压力和高速摄影综合测试系统实验研究手枪弹侵彻明胶过程中压力波和瞬时空腔的特性。实验中选用4℃,10%浓度配比,尺寸为350mm×250mm×175mm的明胶块作为靶标,9mm 92A手枪弹作为杀伤元,在15m射距下测量压力波数据和空腔图像。通过对数据进行处理和分析得出以下结论:(1)压力波形成两个尖峰状波峰,同步枪弹形成的相似,第一波峰是高速撞击明胶靶标所致,第二波峰是手枪弹快速翻滚释放能量所致,且第二波峰高于第一波峰,最大幅值约为12MPa;(2)4000μs时刻瞬时空腔达到最大直径约为73mm,之后开始收缩并再次膨胀,9600μs时刻空腔达到第二次最大直径约为64mm,比第一次下降了约12%;(3)手枪弹形成的瞬时空腔直径呈半正弦衰减,符合经验公式 ,求得系数为: ; ; 。

Abstract

In order to reveal the injury mechanism to human body from a pistol cartridge, the characteristics of pressure wave and the temporary cavity in the process of pistol cartridge penetrating gelatin were studied by a pressure and high speed photography comprehensive testing system. In this study, 4 ℃, 10% concentration ratio, size of 350 mm×250 mm×175 mm gelatin was used as target; 9 mm 92A pistol cartridge was used as a killing element. Three groups of pressure wave data and cavity images were obtained in 15 m shooting range. The following conclusions could be made from the experiments. ① The pressure wave generated two spike waves, which was similar to a rifle bullet’s waveform. The first wave was caused by pistol cartridge impacting gelatin targets with high speed, and the second was caused by its quickly rolling and releasing energy. The second was higher than the first. The maximum amplitude was about 12 MPa. ② The maximum diameter of the temporary cavity was about 73 mm at 4 000 μs, then it contracted and expanded again, the second maximum diameter was about 64 mm at 9 600 μs, and it reduced by 12%. ③ The diameter of the temporary cavity caused by the pistol cartridge was attenuating as half sine wave curve with the penetration time, in line with the experience formula D=A•ΔE•sin(ωt) and the coefficient was obtained as:A1=0.05,A2=0.04, and ω=900.
