摘要

采用野外实验与数值计算相结合方法,研究了初始条件对钢质方管在侧向局部爆炸荷载作用下损伤破坏效应的影响。将横截面边长均为100mm的三种壁厚(3mm、3.5mm及4mm)Q235钢方管置于160gTNT药柱产生的爆炸场中进行冲击实验,分析了装药比例距离Z以及方管结构宽厚比W对结构迎爆面中心点挠度、凹陷变形区径向宽度及轴向长度等重要损伤变形特征参数的影响规律。利用动力有限元程序LS-DYNA及流固耦合算法对方管变形及破坏过程进行数值模拟,计算结果与实验现象吻合较好。基于结构关键节点处的应变-时间曲线,分析了方管迎爆面中心点和中截面直角边处变形经历的不同阶段。研究结论可为方管结构的结构设计和工程防护计算提供重要科学依据。

Abstract

Combining field tests and numerical simulations, influences of initial conditions on damage and failure effect of steel square tubes under lateral local explosion loading were studied. Q235 steel square tubes with 3 kinds of wall thickness including 3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm and each cross-section width of 100mm were set in an explosion field produced by 160g TNT explosive to conduct impact tests. Influences of charge’s scaled distance Z and width-thickness ratio W of square tube on important damage deformation feature parameters, such as, center deflection of tube’s exploding surface, radial width and axial length of depression deformation zone etc. were analyzed. Numerical simulations for deformation and failure process of square tubes were done with the dynamic finite element program LS-DYNA and the fluid-solid coupled algorithm. The calculated results agreed well with test phenomena. Based on strain-time curves of tube’s key nodes, deformation’s different stages of tube exploding surface’s center point and right vertex of tube’s cross-section were analyzed. The study provided an important scientific basis for structural design and engineering protection calculation of steel square tubes.
