摘要

基于频域法动载荷识别原理,识别记忆合金(SMA,shape memory alloy)驱动的星箭连接分离装置的三次冲击载荷。通过EEMD算法对测点冲击响应信号去噪及识别,可知基于EEMD(Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition)去躁频域法可以比较准确地识别出星箭连接分离装置的三次冲击载荷,识别效果更具优势,实验结果也间接验证了方法的可行性与正确性。

Abstract

Based on the dynamic load identification principle in the frequency domain method,impact loads of a connection-separation device between satellite and rocket driven using shape memory alloy (SMA) were identified for three times. The EEMD algorithm was used to de-noise and identify impact response signals of measured points,and then three times of impact loads generated in separation process were identified. The test results showed that the frequency domain method based on EEMD can be used to more accurately identify three times of impact loads of the connection-separation device between satellite and rocket with a better recognition effect,the feasibility and correctness of the proposed method is also verified with test results.
