摘要

随着机车速度的提高,对机车的运行安全性和稳定性提出了更高的要求。本文研究了轴承、齿轮故障下机车动力学模型和信号故障特征。首先,考虑机车传动转子和齿轮啮合刚度、轴承接触刚度对转动系统的影响下,建立机车转子系统动态模型。其次,针对机车传动系统各故障特征类型,给出齿轮、轴承局部故障特征表示。最后,分析系统内有局部故障缺陷时,数值验证系统调幅及调频特征,解释信号能量的传递特性及其相互关系。

Abstract

With the continual improvement of locomotive speed, higher requirements on the stability and operating safety of locomotives have arisen.The rotor dynamic model of a transmission system, was stuclied, taking into account the composite factors fault feature such as the bear and gear mesh stiffnesses.First, the rotor dynamic model of the transmission system was built,taking into account the factors such as the rotor, gear mesh stiffness and bearing support stiffness.Next, according to the types of locomotive components’ fault features, the local fault feature expressions for the gear and bearing were derived.Then, the amplitude and frequency characteristics were verified numerically, and the transmission characteristics of the signal energy and correlation of the system were explained when there were local fault defect in the system.
