摘要

为探究沥青路面平整度的劣化机理,基于Shell法永久变形理论,建立了一个考虑车-路相互作用的路面平整度劣化模型,并基于该模型开发了一个完整的Matlab求解程序。计算某路段通车一年后的永久变形,与实测值进行对比,误差仅为9.7%,验证了模型的可靠性。最后,基于该模型分析了路面平整度的劣化机理,并对劣化规律进行了影响因素分析。结果表明:车辆随机动荷载将引起路面纵向各点的永久变形累积速率出现差异,随着轴载次数增加,这种差异逐渐增大,从而引起路面平整度的劣化,这反过来又使各点所受的动荷载差异增大,形成恶性循环;路面平整度随轴载作用次数的增加呈非线性劣化,而车速越小、轴载越大,平整度劣化得越快。

Abstract

In order to figure out the asphalt pavement evenness deterioration mechanism, an evenness deterioration model considering the vehiclepavement interaction was established based on the Shell’s permanent deformation theory.Then a complete Matlab program was developed to solve the equations. The permanent deformation of a test road was calculated after opening to traffic for one year,  and the result was compared with the measured value. The error is only 9.7%, which verifies the reliability of the proposed model. The mechanism of the asphalt pavement evenness deterioration and the influencing factors of the deterioration were analyzed based on the model. The results show that the random dynamic loading by vehicles causes the difference of the accumulation rate of the pavement permanent deformation along the longitudinal direction. With the increase of the times of axle loading, the difference increases, which will lead to the pavement evenness deterioration. The deterioration in turn will aggravate the dynamic loading, thus forming a vicious circle. The pavement evenness deteriorates nonlinearly with the increase of axle loading times. The smaller the vehicle speed and the bigger the axle load, the faster the pavement evenness detorioration with time, which means more unfavorable to the pavement.
