摘要

目的 研究多轴振动与冲击的多力学复合环境试验技术。方法 通过对试验系统的搭建、试验控制方案以及振动与冲击信号的解耦等方面进行深入的研究,提出了信号分离技术,并设计了信号分离器,将信号分离器作为闭环控制的一个重要环节,可以实现振动与冲击信号的解耦。结果 信号分离器的分离精度达到了预期效果,实现了振动与冲击的实时解耦和实时控制,提高了冲击试验的控制精度。结论 通过试验验证,本文采取的方法是可行的,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract

To study multi-mechanics composite environmental test technique for multi-axis vibration and shock, through deeply studying test system’s construction, test control scheme and decoupling vibration and shock signals, the signal separation technique was put forward, and the signal separator was designed.The signal separator was taken as an important link of a closed-loop control system to realize decoupling of vibration and shock signals.The separation accuracy of the signal separator reached the expected effect to realize the real-time decoupling and real-time control of vibration and shock signals, and improve the control accuracy of multi-axis shock tests.Through test verification, it was shown that the proposed method is feasible and valuable for practical application.
