本文主要针对结构受到的瞬态载荷的识别问题进行研究,提出了基于应变响应和应变模态参数的载荷识别方法。首先,假设时间步长内载荷不变,利用Duhamel积分导出了基于位移响应的载荷识别模型,提出了相应的正则化方法;其次,给出了利用位移模态振型和应变模态振型将应变响应转换为位移响应的转换关系式,从而实现基于应变响应的瞬态载荷识别。该方法避免了应变到位移的空间积分过程,并通过正则化方法,保证转换过程的鲁棒性;最后,通过海洋卫星的仿真实验算例对所述方法进行验证,并分析解决了单点激励时识别结果失真的问题。同时通过自由梁实验锤击实验对所述方法实际效果进行论证。结果表明所提出的识别方法对瞬态载荷具有很好的识别效果,所推导的应变-位移转换关系具有较好的精度和鲁棒性。
Abstract
The identification of transient loads was focused and a load identification model was proposed based on strain response and strain modal parameters. Assuming that the load is constant in a time step, the load recognition model based on displacement response was derived via the Duhamel integral and the corresponding regularization method was presented. The conversion relation between strain responses and displacement responses was introduced by using the displacement mode and the strain mode, which results in a strain-based load identification method. The proposed method avoids the spatial integral process from strain to displacement and the stability of the conversion process is ensured by introducing the regularization method. The simulation of a marine satellite was used to demonstrate the method. The distortion of recognition under single point excitation was analysed. The practical effect of the method was demonstrated by a free beam hammering experiment. The results prove that the recognition model has a good identification effect on the transient load, and the conversion precision and robustness of the strain-displacement conversion relation are ideal.
