摘要

为了研究配合关系对弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器减振特性的影响,搭建了带弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器的转子实验系统,设计了两套弹性环组件。通过改变弹性环凸台的配合关系及转子的不平衡质量,实验研究了弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器的减振特性。实验结果表明:弹性环的内凸台为过盈配合时可能导致阻尼器减振失效,为间隙配合时减振效果更好;外凸台配合关系的变化不会导致阻尼器减振失效;凸台为间隙配合时,弹性环的减振效果及转子的响应与不平衡质量的关系线性度更高。提出了设计与应用弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器时,应保证内凸台为间隙配合的设计建议。

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence on vibrating attenuation by the fit of elastic ring squeeze film damper, a rotor system with elastic ring squeeze film damper (ERSFD) was constructed,and two ERSFD components were designed. By changing the fit of the pedestals on elastic ring and the unbalance of the rotor, the vibration reduction characteristics of each state of the elastic rings were experimental investigated. The results reveal: the performance of ERSFD may lead to failure when inner pedestals is interference fitted, and can be better when clearance fitted; the change of the fitting on outer pedestals does not lead to failure of the ERSFD performance; the damping effect of ERSFD and the response characteristic of rotor can be more linear when the pedestals of elastic rings are interference fitted. A guide is suggested that inner pedestals of the elastic ring should be clearance fitted when designing ERSFD.
