摘要

以我国大型运载火箭为研究背景,针对传统主捆绑联接形式难以满足未来大型运载火箭需求等问题,提出了一种新型的主捆绑装置联接形式。从全箭动特性、捆绑传力特性、分离可靠性以及舱段结构设计等方面对比研究了多种超静定捆绑组合方案的优劣,并分析研究了两点主传力超静定捆绑组合方案的刚度偏差特性。分析结果表明,两点主传力方案具有全箭动特性优、承载能力大、便于舱段设计等优点,且刚度比λ>0.6时传力较均匀,研究成果可为我国大型运载火箭的捆绑方案的设计提供参考。

Abstract

A new main strap-on device was proposed considering the engineering problem that the traditional strap-on linkage equipment cannot meet the load design requirements of large strap-on launch vehicles.A comparative analysis between several hyper-static strap-on schemes was conducted based on natural frequencies and modes of the whole rocket, the concentrated force transmission path, separation reliability and the design of the concentrated force diffusion structure, what's more, the property rigidity deviation was also studied.The results indicate that two binding surface scheme has more advantages including higher frequencies of the whole rocket, higher bearing capacity and so on.And the transmission force is more uniform under the condition of λ>0.6.The conclusion provides reference and foundation for the large strap-on launch vehicle.
