摘要

为了研究包含圆柱副间隙的机构系统动力学特性,提出了一种同时考虑接触类型、材料属性以及涂层材料与厚度的圆柱副内接触力模型。基于Winkler弹性基础模型和Hertz椭圆形压力分布假设,将双弹性层等效弹性模量引入接触力模型,详细分析了所提接触力模型相较现常用共形接触力模型的优点。以含间隙关节曲柄滑块机构为例,对比分析不同间隙值和驱动速度、以及涂层材料与厚度对输出构件的动力学影响,将部分结果与文献中的试验结果进行对比,验证了所提接触力模型的正确性。

Abstract

Here, in order to study dynamic characteristics of a mechanism system containing clearance of cylindrical pair, a contact force model in cylindrical pair simultaneously considering contact types, material properties, coating material and thickness was proposed. Based on Winkler elastic foundation model and Hertz elliptic pressure distribution assumption, the equivalent elastic modulus of two elastic layers was introduced into the contact force model, and advantages of the proposed contact force model compared with the common conformal contact force model were analyzed in detail. Taking a crank-slider mechanism with clearance as an example, dynamic effects of variation of clearance, driving speed, coating material and thickness on the output component were contrastively analyzed. Some results were compared with the test results published in literature, and the correctness of the proposed contact force model was verified.
