摘要

为探究弹性力相似律在无砟轨道箱梁系统振动试验相似模型设计时的适用性,从理论上分析多层结构及其模型间的耦合相似关系,发现不同材料属性结构层间存在耦合效应;以双层结构为例,探讨当某一结构层几何尺寸大于另一结构层时,原型与模型间耦合关系的变化规律;以10 ∶1为几何比尺,依据弹性力相似律,制作无砟轨道箱梁系统相似模型;通过自由模态测试和有限元数值分析,校验相似理论及模型的正确性。结果表明:当某一结构层在荷载方向上的几何尺寸远大于其他结构层时,按该结构层材料属性导出的相似关系近似等于原型与模型间的耦合相似关系;无砟轨道箱梁系统可依据弹性力相似律设计其相似模型,相似关系只需按箱梁材料属性导出,且制作的相似模型可较为精确地反映原型结构的振动规律,最大误差为4.02%。

Abstract

In order to explore the applicability of the similarity law of elastic force in the similarity model design of a ballastless track box girder system for vibration tests, the coupling similarity between multi-layer structures and their models was analyzed theoretically.It is found there is coupling effect between layers with different material properties.Then, according to the similarity law of elastic force, the similarity model of the ballastless track box-girder system was made with a scale of 10 ∶1.Through free modal test and finite element numerical analysis, the correctness of the similarity theory and the model was verified.The results show that: when the geometric dimension of a structural layer in the direction of load is much larger than that of other structural layers, the similarity relationship derived from the material properties of the structural layer is approximately equal to the coupling similarity relationship between the prototype and the model, the similarity model of the ballastless track box-girder system can be designed according to the similarity law of elastic force, for deriving the similarity relationship it needs only to do in accordance with the material property of the box-girder, and the similarity model can reflect the vibration state of the prototype structure accurately, with the maximum error of 4.02%.
