摘要

对实际运营条件下高速道岔钢轨磨耗廓形进行了测试。基于实测数据建立了高速车辆-道岔耦合动力学计算模型,对现行速度条件下岔区钢轨件磨耗对列车过岔动力性能的影响进行了仿真分析,进而对磨耗状态下高速道岔达速运行的适应性进行了探究。结果表明:长期运营条件下,高速道岔尖轨、基本轨、翼轨、心轨均出现了不同程度的磨耗,导致轨头廓形及钢轨件之间的相对位置关系较初始状态发生了较为明显的变化;钢轨磨耗状态下列车进岔时所产生的轮轨冲击作用提前了,转辙器区轮载过渡规律发生了明显的改变,列车通过辙叉区时轮轨的相互作用及安全性参数均增加,列车进岔后轮对蛇行运动趋势增大,导致出岔后发生轮缘接触,轮对及车辆振动也呈加剧的趋势,随着磨耗程度的加深,列车过岔时轮轨磨耗发展速率逐渐减缓,道岔钢轨磨耗发展呈逐渐收敛的趋势;道岔钢轨磨耗状态下,列车过岔速度的提升进一步压缩安全和疲劳性能裕量,并且会改变道岔钢轨件磨耗发展的收敛趋势。磨耗状态下高速道岔虽能适应达速运行条件,但需重点关注钢轨件的进一步磨耗和部件伤损加速的情况。

Abstract

Here, the rail wear profile of high-speed turnout under actual operation conditions was tested. Based on the measured data, the high-speed vehicle-turnout coupled dynamic calculation model was established. Effects of rail wear in turnout area on dynamic performance of train passing through turnout under current speed conditions were simulated and analysed, and then the adaptability of high-speed turnout operation to reach speed under wear condition was explored. The main conclusions were as follows:  under long-term operation conditions, switch rail, stock rail, wing rail and point rail of high-speed turnout are worn to different degrees to cause obvious changes in rail head profile and relative position relationship between rail parts compared with their initial states;  under rail wear condition, wheel-rail impact action caused by train entering turnout is in advance, and the wheel load transition law in switch area is obviously changed; when train passes through the frog area, wheel-rail interaction and safety parameters increase ; the snake motion trend of train wheel pair after train entering turnout increases to cause wheel flange contact after train leaving turnout; vibrations of wheel pair and vehicle are also increasing; with increase in wear degree, the development rate of wheel-rail wear gradually slows down when train passing through turnout, and the development trend of turnout rail wear is gradually convergent;  under turnout rail wear condition, increase in train speed further squeezes safety and fatigue performance margins,and changes convergence trend of turnout rail wear development; although high-speed turnout can adapt to operation conditions to reach speed under wear condition, it is necessary to pay attention to further wear of rail parts and acceleration of component damage.
