摘要

滚柱直线导轨副工作时,滚柱进出承载区会引起滑块振动及摩擦力变化。为了控制及减小这种变化,对滑块的轨道导向面的结构设计方法展开研究,结合滚柱进入承载区受力形变的原理,建立了一种基于“等功”原理的导向面计算模型,推导出导向面的参数方程,通过试验对改进设计的导轨副振动性能进行测试分析。结果表明,优化后的滑块轨道导向面可有效降低滑块的振动及运动噪声。

Abstract

When roller linear guide pair works, rollers in and out of load-bearing area can cause slider vibration and friction force change. Here, to control and reduce this change, the structural design method for rail guide surface of slider was studied. Combined with the principle of force-deformation when roller enters load-bearing area, a calculation model of guide surface based on the principle of "equal work" was established, and the parameter equation of guide surface was derived. The vibration performance of design-improved guide pair was tested and analyzed through tests. The test results showed that the optimized slider rail guide surface can effectively reduce slider vibration and motion noise.
