摘要

针对某车型左前车门玻璃下位关门过程中玻璃存在异常振动的情况,对车门关闭时的瞬态冲击载荷进行了离散化设计,提出了利用传递路径分析(Transfer Path Analysis,TPA)中的逆矩阵法(Inverse Matrix,IM)求取离散化载荷的方法,并设计了整车和台架试验。然后建立了该车型左前车门的有限元模型,并将求取的离散化瞬态冲击载荷作为有限元模型的输入量,基于瞬态有限元法对车门下位玻璃振动进行了仿真预测,通过与试验实测响应对比说明了模型的准确性。结果表明,本文验证了通过离散化车门关闭的瞬态冲击载荷对预测振动响应的可行性。

Abstract

In view of the abnormal vibration of the glass during the door closing of a certain vehicle, a discrete design was carried out for the load when the door was closed, and the vehicle and bench test were designed. Then, the finite element model of the left front door of the vehicle was established, and the discrete load was taken as the input of the finite element model. Based on the transient finite element method, the vibration of the lower glass of the door was predicted, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing with the test value. The results show that this paper verifies the feasibility of predicting the vibration response by discretizing the transient impact load of the door closing.
