摘要

为探究新型旋转式护栏防护能力与导向机理,建立了轻型货车、中型客车、大型货车-护栏的精细化有限元模型,对相同防护等级下的旋转式护栏、三波护栏、混凝土护栏进行了碰撞仿真分析,并与实车碰撞试验进行了对比。结果表明:相比于混凝土护栏,旋转式护栏在车头碰撞阶段撞击力峰值分别降低了36%(轻型货车)、57%(中型客车),甩尾碰撞阶段撞击力峰值分别降低了82%、88%;相比于三波护栏,旋转式护栏最大横向变形分别降低了89%、35%。在大型货车撞击下,旋转式护栏尽管甩尾碰撞阶段车辆左后轮出现了明显抬高,但抬高到86cm后,将不再继续抬高,并逐步返回地面,撞击结束车辆驶出角仅为7°,护栏最终横向变形为327mm,旋转式护栏防护能量可达340kJ,防护性能优于传统护栏。

Abstract

To explore the protective ability and guiding mechanism of new rotary guardrail,the refine finite element(FE) models of light truck,medium bus and heavy truck-guardrail were established.The collision simulation analysis of rotary guardrail,W-beam guardrail and concrete guardrail was carried out under the same protection level,and the comparisons with the actual car crash tests were made.The results indicate that the peak impact force of the rotary guardrail is reduced by 36% (light truck) and 57% (medium bus) during the vehicle-head-on collision stage and it is reduced by 82% and 88% on the tail-flick collision phase compared with the concrete guardrail.The maximum lateral deformation of the rotary guardrail is reduced by 89% and 35% compared to the W-beam guardrail.Under the impact of a heavy truck:Regarding the rotary guardrail,the left rear wheel of the heavy vehicle has been significantly raised despite the tail-flick collision phase.When the left rear wheel of the heavy vehicle is raised to 86cm,it will no longer be raised and gradually returned to the ground.At the end of the impact, the exit angle of the vehicle is only 7°,and the final lateral deformation of the guardrail was 327mm.The protection performance of the rotary guardrail is better than the traditional guardrails and its crashworthiness can reach 340 kJ.
