摘要

为了探究杆式聚能射流侵彻威力的变化规律,研究基于双层复合药型罩结构,设计了一种局部双层复合药型罩结构,采用试验验证与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了局部双层复合球缺罩结构参数对成型射流侵彻威力的影响规律。研究结果表明:局部双层复合聚能装药结构较单层药型罩可有效提高成型射流对钢锭的侵彻深度。其实质是在不改变原装药结构的前提下,根据战斗部威力指标,通过调整辅罩壁厚、圆心角结构参数改善射流整体成型形态和提高射流成型速度,可在提高侵彻深度的前提下,兼顾开孔孔径的威力要求。研究结论可为战斗部结构威力设计提供参考依据。

Abstract

In order to explore the change law of the burst power of rod fusion jet, a local composite mask structure was designed on the basis of the combination of the test verification and numerical simulation.The results show that the local double-layer compound polymer loading structure can effectively improve the penetration depth of the forming injection than the single-layer drug mask.According to the power index of the original loading structure, the overall jet forming shape and the jet forming speed are improved by adjusting the auxiliary cover wall thickness and the core angle structure parameters. Both of the power requirements of the opening aperture can be taken into account under the premise of increasing the depth of penetration.The conclusion can provide reference for the design of warhead structural power.
