摘要

为了更加准确的研究不同工况环境对含间隙铰链接触碰撞力的影响，以提高空间机构的运行及空间指向精度，基于分型理论、Lankarani-Nikravesh模型及宏微观理论，考虑摩擦与微凸体间的阻尼等因素，得到了新的含间隙旋转运动副元素间接触碰撞力模型，并通过实验验证了该模型的正确性。采用单一因素试验法，研究了转速、间隙、不同重力以及表面粗糙度等工况环境对含间隙铰链接触碰撞力特性的影响，并进行了相应的力学特性分析。研究结果可以为空间机构本体结构设计与理论研究提供参考。

Abstract

Under different working conditions, in order to study the influence of Contact Force of Hinge with Clearance more accurately and improve the operation accuracy of space mechanisms, a new contact force model of revolute joint with clearance is established, based on the fractal theory, the Lankarani-Nikravesh model, the macro theory and micro theory, considering friction and damping between asperities and other factors. The correctness of the new model is verified by experiments. Based on the single factor experiment, the effects of rotational speed, clearance, gravity and surface roughness on the characteristics of contact force of hinge with clearance are studied. The research results could provide a reference for the design and theoretical research of spatial mechanism ontology structure.
