Optimization method of structure shape of bushing rubber mount

To meet mount stiffness requirement for vibration isolation of powertrain, a method for optimizing non-rubber filled structure of a powertrain mount is proposed. The optimized structural parameters are the radius of the long groove, the radius of the circular groove, the angle between the two grooves α and the angle β of the long groove. The orthogonal experiment and ABAQUS finite element software were used to estimate the stiffness of rubber mount.A second-order response surface model was established and optimized by using the Sheffield Genetic Algorithm to obtain the non-rubber filling structure parameters to meet stiffness requirements .
