上游切角倒角小间距比串列方柱大涡模拟研究

摘要

串列双方柱在小间距比情况下会存在一定的遮挡效应，而上游方柱角部形状改变对其遮挡效应的影响有待以进一步明晰。本文以间距比（方柱中心距与边长的比值）为2.0的串列双方柱为对象，分别对标准方柱、上游方柱切角和倒角处理（角部变化率10%）3种工况，进行了非定常绕流大涡模拟研究。数值模拟中采用均匀平滑流场，不考虑来流紊流，以来流平均风速和方柱边长定义的雷诺数为22000。通过串列标准方柱大涡模拟结果与文献试验结果的对比，验证了本文方法及参数设置的有效性；详细对比分析了方柱的平均、脉动气动力系数和风压系数分布等，对上下游方柱周边测点的脉动风速谱进行了对比分析，还结合方柱周边的时均和瞬态流场进行了机理分析。结果表明，上游方柱切角、倒角改变了流动分离点，剪切流扩散角变小，分离涡更贴近壁面，影响了下游方柱的流动再附，减弱了方柱平均与脉动风荷载，其中上游方柱切角处理更为显著地降低了流向平均风荷载，而倒角处理则表现为减弱横风向脉动风荷载。

Abstract

There exists shielding effect between two tandem square cylinders when the spacing ratio is small, while variation of the shielding effect by corner shape modification of the upstream square cylinder needs to be further investigated. In this study, unsteady flow around two tandem square cylinders at spacing ratio (defined by the ratio of the central distance and the depth of the cylinders) of 2.0 was numerically simulated by the spatial averaged large eddy simulation technique. Three tandem square cylinder cases were investigated, considering corner cutting and recession (with the correction rate of 10%) of the upstream square cylinder and that without corner modification, respectively. The inflow is uniform without turbulence and the Reynolds number is set to be 22000, defined by the incoming mean wind velocity and the depth of the cylinder. The present numerical method and parameter setting was verified by comparing the results between the present simulation and previous studies for the tandem square cylinders without corner modification. The influence of corner cutting and recession was discussed by comparing the simulated mean and fluctuating aerodynamic coefficients and wind pressure distribution of the three cases. The power spectrum is analyzed and compared with each other for monitoring points around the upstream and downstream cylinders. The flow mechanism was also discussed by analyzing the time-averaged and transient flow fields around the cylinders. The results indicates that the corner cutting and recession on the upstream square cylinder changes the position of the flow separation point, reduces the diffusion angle of the separation shear layer and makes the separation vortex closer to the wall. Flow reattachment on the downstream square cylinder is thus affected, resulting in decreases of the mean and fluctuating wind load. The corner cutting on the upstream square cylinder can remarkably reduce mean wind load in the streamwise direction, while the corner recession treatment can weaken the transversal fluctuating wind load.
