船舶与海洋工程结构在碰撞事故下的损伤机理一直是国内外学者研究的热点。其中,桁材结构作为船体主要承载构件,通常会在碰撞事故中发生明显的褶皱变形,需开展碰撞性能评估以满足相关设计需求。该研究设计并开展了典型桁材结构的准静态碰撞试验,获取了结构主要的损伤变形特征及碰撞力曲线。同时将试验得到的结构抗力与现有解析预报方法的结果进行了比较,以此为基础提出了改进的桁材结构面内褶皱模型,建立了新的解析预报方法。研究成果对于船体结构耐撞性能的设计与事故风险评估具有一定的参考意义。
Abstract
Damage mechanism of ships and marine engineering structures in collision accidents always are a hot study topic of scholars at home and abroad.Web girder structures as main load-bearing components of ship usually undergo obvious wrinkling deformation in collision accidents, so their anti-collision performance evaluation should be performed to meet relevant design requirements.Here, quasi-static impact tests were designed and conducted for typical web girder structures to obtain main damage deformation characteristics and collision force curves of these structures.Meanwhile, structural resistances obtained in tests were compared with the results of existing analytical prediction methods.Then, an improved in-plane wrinkling model of web girders was proposed to establish a new analytical prediction method.It was shown that the study results can have a certain reference significance for ship structures’ crashworthiness design and accident risk assessment.
