摘要

对旋转冲压发动机转子涡动时压缩进气道的内部流场进行数值仿真,建立了作用在转子上的气流激振力非线性模型,结合旋转冲压转子-动静压混合气体轴承系统的有限元模型,并通过数值仿真获得了复杂气流激振力作用下旋转冲压转子-动静混合气体轴承系统的非线性动力学响应。研究结果表明,旋转冲压转子的偏心距对复杂气流激振力作用下转子轴承系统的振动特性具有显著的影响。

Abstract

The nonlinear model of flow induced force and finite element model of the rotating ramjet rotor- hybrid gas bearings system have been established on the basis of numerical simulation analysis of compression inlet flow field when rotating ramjet rotor whirls. The nonlinear dynamic response of the rotating ramjet rotor- hybrid gas bearings system with consideration of complex flow induced force are obtained by numerical simulation. The results show that supply pressure of gas bearing and rotor eccentricity have significant effect for vibration characteristics of the rotor-bearing system under complex flow induced force.
