Vertical Dynamic Analysis of Bridge for Heavy Haul Train Traveling over Bridge

Abstract:The model of vehicle vibration analysis of heavy haul train with 6 degrees and beam segment element of heavy haul railway bridges are established, and coupling motion equations of vehicle - bridge system of heavy haul are built up by harmonize condition of displacement and the balance condition of the wheel-rail forces at wheel-rail contact point. Using the iteration, the bridge-vehicle coupling vibration analysis program of heavy haul railway is established. The factors which influence the mid-span deflection of a simply-supported girder railway bridges are investigated systematically. The analysis results show that the axle weight of the train, the speed, the acceleration, the deceleration and rail irregularity have an important influence on the mid-span deflection and vertical acceleration of heavy haul railway bridges.
